Class Overview

Age group: 3 years + Time: 30 minutes Location: All Locations

Our Learn to Swim program caters for swimmers of at least 3 years of age and is divided into levels 1-6 of the Swim & Survive curriculum endorsed and promoted by The Royal Life Saving Society of WA. These levels also correspond to the stages delivered by the Department of Education and Training during the school term. Lessons run for 30 minutes and provide a balance of skills, safety and endurance to teach participants each basic stroke (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Survival Backstroke) and increase the distance covered. Being a private swim school means that class sizes are kept small, allowing the children more one-on-one time with instructors. Class sizes are limited depending on the level, ranging from a maximum of 4 children in level 1 to a maximum of 6 swimmers in level 6.
