Important Infomation
- Classes run all through holidays, and the centre is only closed on public holidays. If your lesson falls on a public holiday, your block end date will be extended by one week.
- We have a strict no refund policy - lessons can be credited for later use, dependant on the circumstances and manager’s discretion. All credit issued must be used within 3 months from the date of issue or be forfeit.
- A one-off $20 family Admin fee applies to all new families and there is an additional surcharge payment for credit card payments.
Block Payments
- Your block entitles you to a set amount of swimming & make up lessons (subject to which package you have purchased).
- If you miss a lesson or know in advance you are unable to attend, you can contact reception to arrange a makeup if eligible. This can be done on an alternative day of the week and must be before your block ends (subject to availability)
- Once booked a make up session cannot be rescheduled, and if missed will be forfeit
