Block Payments
- Your block entitles you to a set amount of swimming & make up lessons (dependant on which package you have purchased).
- If you miss your lesson, or know in advance that you will be unable to attend a lesson, you can contact reception to arrange a make if eligible.
- This can be done on an alternative day of the week, and must be taken before your block ends – make up lessons are subject to availability.
- Booked make ups cannot be re-scheduled and if missed will be forfeited.
Important Information
- Classes run all through the holidays and centres are only closed on Public Holidays.
- If your lesson falls on a public holiday, your block will be extended by one week.
- We have a strict NO refund policy – lessons can be credited for later use, dependant on the circumstances and the Managers discretion.
- All credits issued must be used within a 3 month period from date of issue.
- A one off $20 family administration fee applies to all new families and there is an additional surcharge for credit card payments.
